Principal Osteopath - Dinos Boufardeas
Dinos is one of our back pain specialists at Chigwell Osteopaths and has a wealth of knowledge and experience having spent time training with some of the top therapists across the UK. His specialist field is in the treatment of lower back and neck pain. He graduated with a Masters degree in Osteopathy at Leeds Beckett University and has worked in clinic for several years treating patients for a variety of conditions including sciatica, hip/knee pain, neck and shoulder pain as well as disc-related injuries.
Previously working in a multidisciplinary clinic, he has worked closely alongside Osteopaths, Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Sports and Rehab Therapists and Massage Therapists.
Dinos has undergone further training in Kinesiology Taping, Dry Needling (commonly known as Medical Acupuncture) and also a course in Cranial Osteopathy. Dinos is a musculoskeletal specialist and therefore is trained to treat a wide range of conditions including: sciatica, neck/shoulder injuries, tennis/golfers elbow, plantar fasciitis, headaches and many other common problems.
Dinos' philosophy is that every patient's case is unique, and therefore requires a specific, tailor-made treatment plan and rehabilitation program in order to give that patient the best care possible.
His passion for helping individuals and his kind and friendly manner, makes patients feel at ease in their consultation and enables the patient to relax in their journey to recovery.
